- We only ship and deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
- Shipping over 150 AED is free. Orders under this amount are charged a flat 20 AED. However, there will be an additional charge for non-serviceable areas even if the order value is above 150 AED. Please check with our customer service team or check the list of non-serviceable areas.
- Shipping time depend on which Emirate you are ordering for; for Dubai and Abu Dhabi deliveries arrive within 1 business days and for other Emirates, deliveries arrive within 3 business day
- The Eptagone Trading LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- A single order may be split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
